You retain full ownership of all content you upload and create on Eternal Echo. We do not claim any rights to your legacy profiles, biographies, or uploaded media.

4. AI Features

Our AI companion features are designed to assist in preserving and sharing memories. AI-generated responses are based on the data you provide and should not be considered factual records.

5. Termination

You may delete your account and data at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
